I learned about Naranath Bhrantha from my friend who is highly intellectual, philosopher and was my guide.
One story that has
really inspired me is the one where Naranath Bhrantha tought karma yoga by
practice. I really wanted to create a picture to tell this story. And created
the below painting.
Around the border I have made an attempt to use warli art to represent Kerala. Elephants, Kathakali , Mohini Attam , Krishna temples , wild life (represented by beautiful peacock) , Coconut trees , banana trees , palm trees , jack fruit trees, snake boat races, boat houses, Onam , Vishu , Navaratri , Oachira kaala kettu, Pooram .....
